She Won: Clint Curtis and the Vote-Flipping Prototype

Hi there. It’s us again, popping into your inbox to remind you that the 2016 and 2024 elections were stolen and that elections have been rigged for decades, since the electronic election equipment companies were founded and became part of the far-right ecosystem.

But don’t take our word for it. Watch these short, two- to three-minute videos and listen to what these computer programmers, election experts, and reporters had to say about the 2000 and 2004 elections.

In October 2000, computer programmer Clint Curtis wrote a vote-flipping prototype for Florida Congressman Tom Feeney that would flip the vote 51–49:

Cliff Arnebeck: “Mr. Curtis, are there programs that can be used to secretly fix elections?”

Clint Curtis: “Yes.”

Arnebeck: “How do you know that to be the case?”

Clint Curtis: “Because, in October 2000, I wrote a prototype for Congressman Tom Feeney.”

Arnebeck: “It would rig an election?”

Clint Curtis: “It would flip the vote 51–49.”

In 2000, when Curtis created the prototype, Tom Feeney was Speaker of the House in Florida. Curtis explained that he was very explicit and “wanted the source code so that, when the manipulation happened, you couldn’t see it even if you saw the source code. To control the votes in South Florida.”

Curtis advised Feeney that flipping votes in Florida was not something he should do. Curtis said that, once he realized how dishonest Feeney was, it was time for him to leave. He quit his position and, according to Curtis, “moved on.”

But there were other people and factors involved, and four years later, in the 2004 election, the same vote-flipping technology was in use in Ohio.

We’ve been fighting the silence of the media for over two decades. As journalist Greg Palast points out, in 2004 they couldn’t get the story of the ballots that were never counted onto U.S. television because it simply was “not permitted.”

Libby Anker, an election protection worker in Florida, said their findings were summarized by The New York Times as “loonies on the internet saying votes were flipped.”

And as journalist Brad Friedman said:

“How do you counter the incredible amount of money and resources that they have? This enormous force. The people became the Fourth Estate. It was the folks on the internet who found a great number of the irregularities. Lord only knows if they would have been discovered at all if it hadn’t been for this army of citizen patriots who were looking at these things, trying to figure them out.

But there’s only so much that bloggers and folks on the internet can actually do. We need the mainstream media to get down there, get on the ground, talk to officials who won’t talk to us, who won’t call me back, but who might call The New York Times back and find out what actually happened.”

Sound familiar?

The media ignored mounting evidence of election fraud, just as they’re doing now.

These journalists were asking the exact same questions we’re asking now: Why aren’t the Democrats fighting back? Why is the mainstream media silent?

Harvey Wasserman, Senior Editor of the Columbus Free Press, said, “If the Republicans stole this election, the Democrats were willing accomplices.”

How is that any different from what we’re saying today, on the heels of watching Trump brag about stealing the election, mounting evidence that he did, and Democrats refusing to acknowledge any of it?

Ohio State Senator Bob Hagan (D-OH) said he told the Kerry campaign about votes flipping from John Kerry to George W. Bush during the 2004 election:

“I called the Kerry campaign and, uh, I said ‘I touched John Kerry and, as I touched it, it immediately went to Bush.’ I said, ‘This is a serious problem. We need to talk about this. We should get it out. The press would be interested in this.’ But the Kerry campaign said, ‘Leave it alone. Don’t talk about it. It’s not something we want to get out.’”

It’s the election version of Groundhog Day, except it’s a nightmare. And this time, people are dying at the hands of ICE while Black and Brown human beings are sitting in concentration camps, as a rogue Supreme Court bends to Trump and the fascist whims of the Project 2025 Nazis.

When we make it through this, everyone who broke the law should be held fully accountable.

Crime is crime, regardless of the collar or robe.

So why are we walking down memory lane through decades of stolen elections? Because we want people to understand how long and deep the corruption goes—and because we can still do something about the 2024 election.

We have constitutional avenues to remove this entire illegitimate regime, and that starts with state attorneys general opening investigations into the elections to examine the foreign interference we uncovered in this article:

Tech Whistleblower: The UAE Colluded With Elon Musk to Interfere In the 2024 Election

Vincent Reed didn’t go looking for any of this. He was brought in through a door that looked like opportunity, and by the time he saw what was behind it, leaving had become its own kind of danger.

It’s not just Minnesota that has standing. All states affected by foreign interference can open investigations, which means all blue states can investigate Aleria Technology and its ties to the Trump campaign, Elon Musk, DOGE, communications between Musk and his engineers, the real-time voting data Musk sent to his then-girlfriend Ashley St. Clair, and how he knew the election results hours before the race was called.

We also have a Plan B.

If state attorneys general refuse to open investigations, state legislatures can pass legislation to remove voting equipment and reporting systems and revert to the paper-ballot, hand-count, phone-in reporting method that was in place before the Reagan administration.

Too complicated? Or can’t get legislators on board?

That’s why we have a Plan C.

Governors can invoke emergency powers to remove the electronic components of the election process and revert to paper ballots, manual hand counts, and phoning in the results.

Will it take longer to get election results? Yes.
Will we actually have a shot at a free and fair election? Also, yes.

The bottom line is that we have to do something.

Now.

Call. Call. Call.

Use this script if needed:

Hi, my name is [Name], and I’m calling as a concerned citizen to request that the Attorney General open an investigation into foreign interference in the 2024 election.

This is not a partisan request. States have a duty to protect their own elections, their voters, and the integrity of the results. If foreign actors, private technology companies, political campaigns, or third-party vendors interfered with election systems, reporting systems, voter data, or vote totals, the public deserves a full investigation.

I am specifically asking the Attorney General to investigate: Aleria Technology and its ties to the Trump campaign; Elon Musk, DOGE, and communications between Musk and his engineers; any real-time voting data shared with private individuals; election equipment vendors, reporting systems, and engineering change orders; and any foreign interference connected to the 2024 election.

We are asking for subpoenas, preservation of records, vendor communications, software records, reporting-system data, and any communications involving campaigns, private technology companies, and foreign actors.

The people have a right to know whether the 2024 election was compromised. Please open an investigation immediately.

Can you tell me the best way to submit supporting documentation to the Attorney General’s office?

Thank you for your time.

Request meetings. Go to their offices. Bring friends. Organize gatherings at their district offices. Show up consistently and make your voices impossible to ignore.

This is your right as a citizen, and it works.

Demand investigations into the foreign interference in the 2024 election. The mechanism for change is not complicated.

Lather. Rinse. Repeat.

Until we get traction.

This is our government. Sometimes we feel the need to remind people: the government belongs to us, the people. We seem to have forgotten that our representatives are supposed to represent us.

They aren’t doing that. And they haven’t been for a long time.

And yes—we’re still holding onto hope. You should too.

Onward.
